In Norfolk, you must be at least 18 years old to apply for a medical marijuana card. If you are a minor, you can designate a caregiver who should also be 18.

As decided on July 1st, 2022, by law, you don’t need to submit an application to the state. You may decide to do this in order to get a digital card, though; however, it is optional.

There is no need to worry about it because if you don’t get qualified for any reason, we will refund your money in full.
